The OpManager OnDemand team will create a new MSP account and account details will be emailed to you.
2. Login to create accounts for the customer you would manage
Use the account details you can now login into http://ondemand.opmanager.com
Proceed to create customer accounts under Admin > Customers
3. Install probe in customer network
Probes need to be installed in the customer's network to monitor and
manage their devices. The remote probes collect status of devices in
its location and communicates it to the central server.
Proceed to Admin > Probes and follow the instructions..
Once the probe installs successfully and connects to the Central, you
will see its status reflected in Admin > Probes view, like given
below..
4. Start monitoring the devices
Add the device you want to monitor using Admin > Add Device [More Details].
Once the device gets added, it will get listed in the devices list (via drop-down menu, Devices > Complete Listing - Devices ).
Once you have the devices discovered, the next step is configuring notifications.
Also, you may edit the default threshold settings, as per you need.
